What You Need to Know

Every group requires a leader & co-leader

Group should have a minimum of 3 members (including leaders)

Each week should include some spiritual component (Bible study, worship, prayer, testimony)

Both leaders must complete Connect Group Leader training: Listen online Access training guide

Building Your Group

Set up and decorate your table at our Connect Group Launch Sunday

Personally invite those you know— neighbours, friends, family, coworkers

Get contact information from those you invite so you can follow up with them. It’s always good to send reminders.

Ready to launch a new connect group?

We’re excited to see you run with the passions, ideas and creativity God has given you. Please fill out the connect group form completely and accurately. Once your idea is approved, your exact submission will be automatically posted to the website.

We partner with other ministries and churches to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ all across the world.  We support existing ministries and when a new church is planted we love to help. As a base church we also support and send out people to minister in our local community, across the country and beyond.

We partner with Southside Worship Centre in Ajax to deliver food every few weeks to their community food bank. If you would like to contribute, on Sundays please bring along any of the following items and place them in the baskets at the front entrance: pancake mix, juice, syrup, crackers and/or canned fruit. Learn more

Throughout the year, especially during high demand times such as Easter & Christmas, we run campaigns to either raise funds or collect good-condition used goods to help those in need. Learn more

Arrival

We strongly recommend registering online if you plan to attend services on-site.  You will fill out a COVID screening form when you register and will be screened again at the front door on Sunday morning.

On Sunday morning please arrive at the front doors during check in time (9:20-9:55AM) to enter the building for Sunday Service.

Seating

When you have checked in, an usher will show you to your assigned seat in the auditorium. We ask that you remain in your seat for the duration of the service (bathroom breaks are the exception).

During Service

Masks are required throughout the service while indoors. For those unable to wear a mask for an extended period of time, we encourage you to join us on Sunday mornings for our online service 10AM on YouTube.

Washrooms are open during service for 1 person at a time (a parent may accompany a child to the washroom).  Please use the sanitizer and wipes provided to help us keep the washrooms clean.

Departure

Once service is finished, the ushers will dismiss one row at a time by directing them through the appropriate east or west auditorium doors (depending on where you are seated).

Cleaning/Sanitization

All garbage stations are emptied upon the conclusion of our service.  Our washrooms, auditorium, cafe and front entry are all cleaned after service by a professional third-party cleaning service in adherence to COVID-19 cleaning guidelines. We ask that you take everything home with you—including garbage.
