Our services: we would love to have you join us!
We start our services with corporate prayer, family worship/singing time and finish with a message. During the preaching time, we offer programs for children ages 2-grade 8.
Corporate Prayer & Praise
We believe that prayer is powerful! We gather corporately to pray & worship together on the last Sunday of the month from 5:30-6:30PM. Please see calendar for dates.
What can I expect?
Sundays at 10:00am, we start our worship services as the Bridge family with prayer. We believe prayer is part of who we are, and so we encourage the whole church to join us for this vital link to our life. Thereafter we continue our worship with singing and a message by one of the pastors or a visiting speaker.
We are not just singing songs about God. We’re singing songs to God because we believe He is present in our gatherings. We’re passionate about God, and the expressions of our passion is spontaneous and never forced. Sometimes, as we see modeled in the Bible, we’ll lift up our hands, close our eyes, dance or kneel. This varies form person to person and is your personal response to Christ.
Our Sunday service typically finishes by 12pm.
At the Bridge we have a wonderful Canadian tradition of a “coffee culture” where we gather after the service, and enjoy a great time of coffee/tea, meeting and chatting with people, in our amazing café.
On the 1st Sunday of most months, we have a “Feast of Nations” where our lunch selection is themed according to a different nation. It is a potluck style. However as our guest please feel free simply to partake of the meal with us. The meal is after the service and we gather in our café to eat together. It is a great opportunity to meet other people and learn about a different nation.
We also have “Connect Groups” where we meet weekly outside of the church, based on various types of interests, and what activity or topic that would interest you. These are run in concurrence with the school terms. Click here to learn more and to check out any current connect groups.
Yes, on Sundays we have age appropriate classes available for toddlers through sixth graders. Two Sundays a month we also have a special class for our grade 7’s and 8’s.
Parking is free and plentiful.
Our dress code is casual. We want you to feel comfortable and encourage you to come as you are.
No, you’re our guest. You will not be pushed to do anything you don’t want to do. We will not make you stand up in front of everybody as a first-time guest or introduce yourself. There are a lot of great people to meet and a lot of great things happening on a Sunday morning, but the level of your participation will be totally up to you.
